Baby is Breech in the Womb
Note: Generally, the baby is in a breech position in the womb, i.e., head down and legs up. In other words, the head comes out first.
10-A Pulsatilla: If it’s discovered before birth that the baby’s head is up and legs are down, it’s a very dangerous situation. The woman will have great difficulty in childbirth. Giving one or two doses of Pulsatilla 200 immediately corrects the baby’s position. If there’s no benefit, give it in 1000 potency.
- If discovered a few days earlier, give it two or three times a week.
Note: Giving Pulsatilla will intensify contractions, sometimes here, sometimes there, and the baby’s position will be corrected.
If Pulsatilla doesn’t work, it indicates that the patient doesn’t have a Pulsatilla temperament, i.e., not soft-natured. Give Chamomilla, which is for angry temperaments. Either Chamomilla will correct the baby’s position, or give Pulsatilla again in 200 or 1000 potency.
Septicaemia, Puerperal Fever, Septic Conditions
Puerperal Fever: The patient develops high fever, sweats profusely down to the feet, feels very hot, and initially feels cold before sweating.
Sulfur: Symptoms include burning feet, feeling of emptiness in the stomach as if sinking, waves of heat throughout the body and stomach, one wave after another as if hot steam is rising from the body, then give Sulfur.
If cold waves come one after another and keep coming, give Lycopodium. 973 Kent
Pyrogenium: If there’s mild cold and slight shivering, high fever in the body, but the pulse is weaker compared to the fever, i.e., there’s no proportion between fever and pulse, then give Pyrogenium or mix it with Sulfur as per Hazoor.
Ferrum Phos: If there’s intense thirst during fever in cold condition, and the face is red, with frequent bouts of cold at intervals, give Ferrum Phos repeatedly in 6x. Thirst occurs only during cold spells, not otherwise. Purple marks appear on the body, accompanied by cold sweats. In Sulfur, hot sweats occur.
Pulsatilla: One side of the body hot and the other cold. Fearful, tearful, soft-natured, restless. This medicine is also for Septic conditions.
156-A Nursing Salmouth: During breastfeeding, sometimes both mother and child develop mouth ulcers, which are very painful. The top medicine for this is Borax. Give this first if there are Borax symptoms, e.g., leucorrhea in the mother, child afraid when rocked in the cradle. According to Kent, Sulfur is much better than Borax if there are no Borax symptoms.
Milk: If it comes in young age without pregnancy, see Mercurial.
Little: If it’s little, see Mercurial, also if it’s spoiled.
Milk is a complete food, fulfilling every need. Every organ of the body is made from it, whether eyes or bones, etc.

*. No artificial milk is a substitute for mother’s milk. According to recent Japanese research, mother’s milk naturally has the power to produce all kinds of antibodies. Even the best artificial milk lacks at least fifty antibodies, which is an established fact. This deficiency remains for life.
Weakness: If due to breastfeeding, see Carbo Animalis. It affects the CNS badly.
Sticky: If it’s sour like yogurt, see Phytolacca. It becomes poisonous.
Milk: For various complaints of allergy, see Lac Def. Milk is not digested by babies, young, old alike.
Only milk: If only milk and water are digested, see Hydrastis. The liver is damaged.
Mother in pain: If there’s pain in various places while breastfeeding, give Chamomilla, two to four doses.
*. After childbirth, there are some defects in milk that affect the child’s growth, it dries up (milk becomes poisonous), baby doesn’t latch on, baby could die. Milk dries up, so it’s better to give Natrum Mur first. Natrum Mur has the quality of correcting internal poison that hinders the child’s growth. (It will correct the mother’s ailments, as she has become weak after childbirth.) Milk will increase. Natrum Mur is also a medicine for children’s dryness. See dryness.
Joy: If milk or blood from the uterus starts flowing, see Coffea.
Drying up: If intended to dry up, see Lac Cor. For general benefit, e.g., if the baby dies or for any other necessity to dry up, or if the milk is not good.
Immediately: Give Aconite if there’s Milk Fever, but if it’s Septicaemia, Sulfur is necessary. Kent 973.

Pulsatilla: The identification of this medicine is its general symptoms, e.g., weak temperament, soft nature, weak labor pains, etc., and tired, exhausted weakness. The patient has sticky, foul-smelling milk, little or stopped, or severe weakness after breastfeeding.
Agaricus: In this, milk decreases or stops due to some trauma or mental pressure, and it also has a very bad effect on the brain, restlessness, symptoms like madness appear, etc.
Milk without child: If milk comes in breasts without a child, see Pulsatilla.
Milk unsuitable: If children can’t eat buffalo, goat, etc. milk, see Lac Def.
Hypersensitivity: Milk also stops due to hypersensitivity, menstruation stops, e.g., if the patient suffered a shock, someone said something wrong, or some excitement had a bad effect on the temperament and milk stopped temporarily or decreased, see Causticum.
General weakness: If there’s general weakness, give Carbo Veg. There are symptoms of fever, actually the milk is blocked (when excretions are blocked, there are many troubles.) Pain also from blocked milk.
141-A Note: Milk stops quickly in weak patients, so give Blood Tonic during pregnancy, give Caulophyllum in the last month. If milk stops quickly, it has a bad effect on the child’s health, for this give Bryonia, Phytolacca 30. Bryonia starts blocked excretions.
Bryonia: If milk stops, lumps form in the breasts, severe pain with movement, the patient walks supporting her breasts, these lumps are not cancerous, see Phytolacca.
Menstruation: If milk comes in breasts during menstruation, it’s also a symptom of gonorrhea, for this see Pulsatilla, Cyclamen, and Mercurial. 870, 924 E

83-A Bleeding: If bleeding occurs after childbirth, give Chamomilla if the patient is hot-tempered and angry, and if hot blood comes out quickly, give Belladonna.
83-A Note: If the mother’s diseases are similar to the child’s, give medicine to the mother instead of the child during breastfeeding, the child should benefit in principle, but if the mother and child’s diseases are different, give medicine to the child directly, investigate.

*. After childbirth, for a few days, dirty matter comes out of the uterus for cleaning, this is called Lochia. If these discharges don’t come out for some reason, e.g., the patient catches cold, gets angry, or due to some good news, because these dirty matters are poisonous, or if the Placenta remains and affects the brain by mixing with blood, the patient can even die becoming mad, fever occurs, milk stops, pain throughout the body.
Note: Therefore, before fever occurs, give Pulsatilla 200 daily one dose so that Lochia etc. comes out and the patient can be saved from any expected danger. If puerperal fever does occur, Sulfur and Pyrogenium are given, see details below.
Fever head: And after childbirth, if there’s pain throughout the body, milk stops, give Symphytum if the patient has caught cold, soft-natured patient.
Note: Giving Pulsatilla after childbirth cleans the uterus, remaining dirt of lochia etc. is discharged.
Puerperal fever: If it occurs, i.e., bad effect on the brain, talking like mad, then give Sulfur and Pyrogenium mixed in 200, extremely useful. Also give Silicea + Kali Phos + Kali Mur + Ferrum Phos in 6x, extremely useful for Infection, also give for daily use.
*. If fever is suppressed and body becomes cold, give Camphor first, then when heat comes, give Sulfur Pyrogenium. See Camphor.
*. If Arnica 200 is given three or four doses a few hours before childbirth, the danger of puerperal fever can be averted.

Septicaemia پرسوتی بخار Puerperal Fever Septic Conditions
پرسوتی بخار: میں مریضہ کو تیز بخار ہو جاتا ہے اسے پاؤں تک پسینہ آتا ہے بہت گرم ہوتا ہے پسینہ پہلے سردی لگتی ہے۔
Sulfur: کی علامات یہ پاؤں جلتے ہیں، معدہ میں خالی پن کااحساس، جیسے ڈوب رہا ہو معدہ اور سارے بدن میں گرمی کی لہریں، ایک کے بعد دوسری لہر آئے جیسے گرم بھاپ رتھ رہی ہو بد ن سے تو سلفر۔
اگر سردی: کی لہریں یکے بعد دیگرے آئیں اور آتی ہی رہیں تو لائیکوپوڈیم دیں۔973 کینٹ
پائیروجینم: اگر ہلکی سردی اور معمولی کپکپی ہو اسے جسم میں اور بخار بھی بہت ہو لیکن نبض بخار کی نسبت کمزو ر ہو یعنی بخار اور نبض کی نسبت نہ ہوتو پائیروجینم دیں یا ملا کر دیں سلفر سے بقول حضور۔

بچہ کے بغیر دودھ: آ جائے پستانوں میں پلسٹیلا دیکھیں۔
دودھ موافق: نہیں کھائے بھینس، بکری وغیرہ کا بچوں کو تو لیک ڈیف دیکھیں۔
زود حسی: سے بھی دودھ بند ہو جاتا ہے ماہواری رک جاتی ہے مثلاً مریضہ کو کوئی صدمہ پہنچا کسی نے غلط بات کر دی یا کسی Excitement سے طبیعت پر بُرا اثر پڑا اور دودھ بند ہو گیا وقتی طور پر یا کم ہو گیا کاسٹیکم دیکھیں۔ عمومی کمزوری: ہوتو کاربوویج دیں بخار کی علامات یعنی کیفیت ہوتی ہے دراصل دودھ رُکا ہوا ہوتا ہے (اخراجات رُک جائیں تو بہت تکالیف ہوتی ہیں۔)دودھ رُکنے سے دُکھن بھی۔
141-Aنوٹ: دودھ جلدی بند ہو جاتا ہے کمزوری مریضاؤں کو اس لئے دوران حمل بلڈ ٹانک دیں آخری ماہ کولوفائیلم دیں اگر جلد دودھ بند ہو جائے تو بچہ کی صحت پر بُرا اثر پڑتا ہے اس کے لئے برائیونیا، فائیٹولاکا 30 دیں برائیونیا رُکے ہوئے اخراجات کو جاری کر دیتا ہے۔

83-A جریان خون: ہو جاتا ہے بچہ کی پیدائش کے بعد تو کیمومیلا دیں تیز مزاج غصیلی مریضہ ہوتو اور اگر گرم خون نکلے تیزی سے تو بیلاڈونا دیں۔
83-A نوٹ: اگر ماں کی بیماریاں بچہ سے ملتی جلتی ہیں تو بچہ کی بجائے ماں کو دوا دیں دودھ پلانے کے زمانہ میں تو بچہ کوفائدہ ہونا چاہیئے اصولاً لیکن اگر ماں بچہ کی بیماریاں مختلف ہوں تو بچہ کو ہی دوا دیں تحقیق کریں۔
بیمار: اپاہج بچے پیدا ہوں تو Germa Measles دیکھیں اٹھراء وغیرہ بھی۔
شروع: ہی میں آرنیکا ضرور دیں۔ رحم سے وضع حمل کے بعد کے اخراجات۔

٭۔ وضع حمل کے بعد رحم کی صفائی کیلئے کچھ دن تک رحم سے گندے مادے نکلتے رہتے ہیں اسے Lochia کہتے ہیں اگر یہ اخراجات نہ نکلیں کسی وجہ سے مثلاً سردی لگ جائے مریضہ کو یا غصہ یا کسی خوشی کی خبر سے تو چونکہ یہ گندے مادے زہریلے ہوتے ہیں یا Placentaرہ جائے اور خون میں شامل ہو کر دماغ پر بُرا اثر ڈالے تو مریضہ پاگل تک ہو کر فوت ہو سکتی ہے بخار ہو جاتا ہے دودھ بند ہو جاتا ہے تمام جسم میں درد۔
نوٹ: اس لئے قبل اس کے کہ بخار ہو پلسٹیلا 200 روزانہ ایک خوراک دے دیں تاکہ Lochiaوغیرہ نکل کر مریضہ کو کسی بھی متوقع خطرہ سے بچایا جا سکتے۔ اگر پرسوتی بخار ہو ہی جائے تو سلفر اور پائیروجینم دیتے ہیں نیچے تفصیل دیکھیں۔
بخار سر: اور وضع حمل کے بعد اور تمام جسم میں درد ہو جائے دودھ بند ہو جائے تو سمسی فیوجا دیں مریضہ کو سردی لگی ہے نرم مزاج مریضہ۔
نوٹ: وضع حمل کے بعد پلسٹیلا دینے سے رحم کی صفائی ہو جاتی ہے رہا سہا گند نفاس وغیرہ کا اخراج ہو جاتا ہے۔
پرسوتی بخار: ہو جائے یعنی دماغ پر بُرا اثر ہو پاگل پن کی سی باتیں کرے تو سلفر اور پائیروجینم ملا کر 200 میں دیں از حد مفید ہے ساتھ سلیشیا+ کالی فاس + کالی میور + فیرم فاس 6x میں بھی دیں Infection کیلئے از حد مفید ہے روز مرہ کے لئے بھی دیں۔
٭۔ بخار دب کر جسم ٹھنڈا ہو تو کیمفر پہلے دیں پھر گرمی آئے تو سلفر پائیروجینم دیں۔کیمفر دیکھیں۔
٭۔ وضع حمل سے چند گھنٹے پہلے اگر آرنیکا 200 کی تین چار خوراکیں دیں تو پرسوتی بخار کا خطرہ ٹل سکتا ہے۔
٭۔ اگر پرسوتی بخار سے قبل پلسٹیلا دیں تو پر سوتی بخار کی نوبت ہی نہیں آتی عموماً اور پلسٹیلا دینے سے DNC خود بخود ہو جاتی ہے۔اندر کا گند خود بخود نکل آتا ہے یعنی Lachia بھی لیکن مزاج ملے تو۔
ہذیان: ہو جائے پر سوتی بخار میں یعنی پاگلوں کی سی باتیں کرنا یا خواہ مخواہ بولنا تو Ailonthrus دیں۔

آرنیکا 1000 دیں وضع حمل سے پہلے بھی اور بعد میں بھی بار بار دے سکتے ہیں ضرورتاً بہت سی بیماریوں سے حفاظت ہو جاتی ہے۔
نوٹPulsatilla : دبنے سے درد زہ (جو پہلے ہی کمزور تھی تھوڑی دیر کیلئے ہوتی تھی)رُک جائیگی اور پھر کچھ دیر کے بعد دوبارہ درد مناسب اور زور دار ہوگا اور وضع حمل ہو جائے گا200 میں فائدہ نہ ہو تو 1000 طاقت میں دیں۔
نوٹ: دراصل وضع حمل میں یا ویسے بھی پلسٹیلا کی مریضہ کو درد ایک ہی جگہ نہ ہوگا کبھی کمر میں کبھی ٹانگوں میں کبھی کہیں کبھی کہیں ہوگا اور بظاہر وضع حمل کے وقت کوئی دقت نہیں ہوتی صرف دردیں بہت کمزور اور تھوڑی دیر کے لئے ہوتی ہیں اور بیرونی نسوانی اعضاء بھی ڈھیلے ہو چکے ہوتے ہیں پوری تیاری ہوتی ہے وضع حمل کی لیکن صرف درد ہی بہت کمزور ہوتے ہیں اور نتیجۃً رد عمل کی کمی ہوتی ہے اگر پلسٹیلا کام نہ کرے تو اسٹی لاگو دیں یہ بھی کمزور دردوں کی دوا ہے کمزور رحم کی دو اہے دیکھیں۔
Chemomilla: کی مریضہ پلسٹیلا کے برعکس بڑی تنک مزاج غصہ والی ہوتی ہے اس لئے اگر پلسٹیلا والی علامات ہوں اور پلسٹیلا کام نہ کرے تو کیمومیلا دیں یعنی دردیں تو پلسٹیلا والی ہوں لیکن مزاج کمیومیلا والا ہوتو پھر کیمومیلا دیں (ہر بیماری میں کیمومیلا میں غصہ ہے) کینٹ 869
Carboveg: کی مریضہ سرد مزاج ڈھیلی ڈھالی سست،وریدیں پھولی ہوئی سارے حمل کے دوران دردیں اگرہوں کہیں تو کم اور وضع حمل کے وقت بھی دردیں کم ہوتی ہیں کیونکہ مریضہ کمزور سست ہے۔ کینٹ 380-381 گیس بھی۔
133-A دردیں: بہت زیادہ ہوں وضع حمل کے وقت اور عورت تکلیف میں ہوتو دردیں کم کرنے کیلئے وضع حمل میں سہولت کیلئے میگ فاس +کالی فاس 6x گرم پانی میں ملا کر دیں دردیں بھی کنٹرول میں آ جاتی ہیں اور پیدائش بھی آسان ہوتی ہے۔
133-A Caulophyllum: چونکہ رحم کا ٹانک ہے اس لئے ایک ماہ وضع حمل سے پہلے شروع کرادیں 30طاقت میں وضع حمل میں آسانی بھی ہوگی مزید غیر ضروری تکالیف بھی نہ ہونگیں۔
8-Aنوٹ: وضع حمل کے وقت دردیں اس لئے ہوتی ہیں کہ رحم کے مسلز سے کام لیکر بچہ کو باہر دھکیل دیں۔
