What is Constipation?
Constipation is a common digestive problem where you have difficulty passing stools or have infrequent bowel movements. It can be uncomfortable and sometimes painful.

- Feeling like you can’t completely empty your bowels

Alumina 30: Use this remedy when constipation is due to dryness and lack of peristaltic action in the intestines, causing stool to resemble sheep pellets. Similar symptoms may also be treated with Plumbum, Nux Vomica, Natrum Muriaticum, and Graphites.
Opium 30: When there is no urge to defecate for several days and the stool forms hard balls, Opium is effective. It is also useful for constipation in people addicted to substances like opium.

Abrotanum 30: Treats constipation that causes rheumatic conditions.
Aesculus Hippocastanum, Ignatia, Podophyllum: For constipation accompanied by anal fissures.
Aloe 30, Calcarea Fluorica 30, Nux Vomica 30: Effective when constipation is accompanied by hemorrhoids.
Asafoetida, Graphites, Platina: For constipation in pregnant women based on specific symptoms.
Ammonium Muriaticum 30: When the stool is dry and crumbles, and there is a need to assist with a finger.
Platina, Anacardium, Chelidonium 30: When even soft stool is difficult to pass.
Phosphorus 200: For long, dry stools resembling dog stools. Administer a few doses but avoid giving Phosphorus in low potency repeatedly.
